Loved the stay here. This house was actually better in person than the photos. I loved the layout too. It gave a great historical feel but with great modern amenities. The jacuzzi was great and loved the TV's and speaker in the living room area. I would definitely book again. The location in Centro is easy to find and close to so many restaurants and nightlife. A great stay with good memories.

My stay at Fabian's Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—ideal for daytime adventures and enjoying the nightlife. The house was stunning, far more spacious than I’d imagined, with each room boasting its own bathroom, plus an additional one just in case. The dining room was massive, and the pool table kept us entertained. The music setup was a nice bonus, and the jacuzzi was spotless and fully operational. The kitchen had everything we needed in perfect working order. Fabian and his team were warm, attentive, and quick to meet our every request. I’m already planning my return—highly recommended!

We travelled to Cartagena as a large Anglo/German/Colombian family group, with 3 children under 4. We’ve been to Cartagena many times over the past few years but always elected to stay outside the city walls - this was the first time we chose to stay in the old city itself and Fabian’s stunning home certainly did not disappoint. The home is as beautiful as the pictures suggest and perfectly located in the heart of the city within easy walk of everything. Rita and Luis were excellent and made sure our stay was extra special. Communication was excellent throughout and amenities as listed. This home really is an experience to remember and would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a real Cartagena experience. Will be back.

This house was perfection. We stayed here during my wedding week. There was plenty of space for the entire family and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and super clean. I got ready for my wedding and took my bridal pictures here, and they're AMAZING. Good wifi, good hot water, good kitchen. Even though it's on a busy street, you cannot hear anything in the bedrooms and we were able to get good sleep. You can walk anywhere in the Walled city. Great restaurants, the mall is 5 min away, and great bars/cafes down the street. Luis, the night time security person, was amazing too. He stayed at night and we always felt safe. He helped us when we needed recommendations, and it was great to have someone back home to let us in the house at any time during the night. Thank you!! We will be back for sure!

This is THE MOST amazing Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Over 200 year old home with so much history and absolutely beautifully decorated. Every inch of the home is stunning. Fabian was responsive and flexible and just so kind. The security Luis was such a wonderful surprise. We felt so safe. He guided us around at night and told us about so much history of the home and city! He helped us with anything we needed. Including coming home to our laundry pile washed and folded! Wow!! We loved Cartagena so much and will always stay in this Airbnb anytime we come back. Truly incredible experience. Zero complaints. THANK YOU!!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Such a cool colonial vibe, massive, had all the amenities, great location in the heart of the walled city, we loved it. Best of all was the nighttime guard Luis. We didn’t know the place came with a guard and Luis became our personal fixer. He helped us book activities, find things we needed, recommended amazing restaurants, and escorted us through the town. He really made the stay easy.
