Respect the neighborhood Our home and properties are located in residential areas, and your neighbors are likely not on vacation. We ask that the noise be kept to a minimum whether indoor or on outside public areas of the property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to - 8 am. We do not entertain combative guests who attempt to take advantage of us or disrespect service industry employees. If you have a tendency to ask for discounts at hotels or restaurants this may not be the property for you. SMOKING: This is 100% not a smoking property, including balconies and in common areas. Guests are subject to $2,000 fine plus costs to clean, deodorize, and repair damages if any evidence of smoking inside the unit. Our properties are equipped with tobacco and marijuana sensing devices. Firearms: Firearms are not allowed under any circumstances legal actions will be pursued. Unauthorized Guests, unauthorized parties, and gatherings: Any guest that is not on the reservation, whether overnight or temporary visitors is strictly prohibited. A/V: Freya properties may use video surveillance in public areas and exits. Surveillance is recorded, but not monitored. Turning off the surveillance will not stop the recording. You are not authorized to turn off/on the surveillance. Damages of surveillance caused by you, will be charged with a penalty of $3,000.
